Carefully crafted
Replacement Double-Glazed Sashes
Our replacement double-glazed sashes are carefully crafted to replicate the original windows, including traditional moulding profiles such as Ovolo, Lamb’s Tongue, and Hollow & Astragal. Original dimensions, glazing bars, and decorative horns are accurately reproduced, with all frames constructed using traditional mortise and tenon joinery.
We can manufacture double-glazed sashes from just 32mm thick, allowing us to suit most existing sash window frames while maintaining authentic detailing.
Our high-performance double-glazed units feature toughened low-iron glass, Low-E coatings, warm-edge spacers, and Argon or Krypton gas filling for excellent thermal efficiency. For multi-pane windows, our slim glazing bars start at just 16mm wide, providing a traditional puttied appearance with the look of individual panes.
Additional glazing options include acoustic glass, satin or patterned glass, stained-glass effects, and encapsulated original stained glass.
We manufacture exclusively in Accoya timber for exceptional durability and stability. Every sash is finished with a premium spray-applied paint system from Teknos, delivering a long-lasting, traditional finish in white or a colour of your choice.

Complete Replacement Box Sash Windows
Our complete replacement box sash windows include all the benefits of our bespoke double-glazed sashes, typically manufactured at 44mm thick with high-performance double-glazed units featuring up to a 14mm cavity.
Each window is supplied pre-fitted within a traditionally constructed Accoya box frame, usually 140mm deep, with either a flush or projecting sill to suit your property. Frames come complete with bearing axle pulleys, draught-proof staff and parting beads, and integrated brush seals for smooth operation and improved energy efficiency.
While we recommend traditional weights and pulleys wherever possible, we can also manufacture frames to accommodate spiral balance systems.
All joinery is factory-finished using the premium Teknos paint system for a durable, long-lasting finish.
Listed buildings & heritage properties
Single-Glazed Replica Sash Windows for Listed Buildings
Where double glazing is not permitted or required, we can manufacture traditional single-glazed sash windows and frames that faithfully replicate the originals. Designed specifically for listed buildings and heritage properties, these windows feature authentic moulding profiles, traditional puttied glazing, and exact period detailing.
Each window is custom-made to match the existing design, with single glazing installed into a traditional 6mm rebate. We typically finish our joinery using the same high-quality paint system as our other products, although primer-only finishes can be supplied for on-site hand painting where a fully traditional appearance is required.
Individual Replacement Sashes
For refurbishment projects where only part of a window requires replacement, we can manufacture individual upper or lower sash windows to match the existing frame. This is an ideal solution when original windows are being restored but certain components are beyond repair, allowing the character of the property to be retained while replacing only what is necessary.
