We are a dedicated, supply only, manufacturer of bespoke, traditional timber sash windows, casement windows and external doors.
We provide our customers with a bespoke product, that is pre glazed, fully finished and ready to install.
Our customers include sash window companies, restoration contractors, general builders, architects and DIY projects.

Our Sash Windows
We have vast experience in the sash window industry and have a workshop specifically designed for the production of sash and casement windows.
We have a comprehensive array of custom designed tooling that we use to replicate the traditional internal mouldings and glazing bars that are found on historic joinery.
Our speciality is discreet double glazing. We use insulating double glazed units that have been specifically designed for use in timber windows.
We only use Accoya, which is a sustainable timber product that carries a 50 year manufacturers guarantee
All of our products are fully finished using a spray applied, multi coat, breathable acrylic paint system.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do your windows meet building regulations?
Yes they can. Please specify this when ordering. U value certification can be provided.
Can your windows be used on listed buildings?
yes, although these will normally be single glazed and you will have to apply for permission from your local authority. Drawings for this process can be provided.
What type of paint do you use and can you do colours?
We use Teknos paint and it can be colour matched to most popular brands or RAL numbers.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we provide a delivery service, there is normally a cost to cover this.
We have existing slim glazing bars on our Georgian windows, will these be the same.
Our glazing bars can be just 16mm wide ( which usually matches the originals ).
Do you provide a fitting service?
No, please see our installation partners page for a fully fitted service.
What maintenance is required to your windows?
Not much – keep them clean and open and close them regularly. The Teknos paint is the only system recommended for use on Accoya and should easily last for 10 years or more. When it does require re coating, a simple cleaning of the surface and a very light rub down is all that is needed before a re application of one top coat of paint.
I want some new windows but i don’t know how to measure them?
I can either help out over the phone or i can carry out a full survey for you. There may be a charge for this depending on location.
To what extent will your windows match my original ones?
When possible ( which is most of the time ) all the component sizes will be the same, the internal moulding will be the same and any horn details will be traced and copied. Every individual job is made to measure.
